At Lavandula Farm, we want you to love your botanical skincare; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the product remaining to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to the Farm

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
